Tesco offers free pressure washer with car and home insurance

New customers taking out car or home insurance with Tesco will receive a free Karcher pressure washer .

This offer was available last year, but it only applied to car insurance . It now also applies to Tesco home insurance . The pressure washer is worth £100.

Matthew Dransfield of Tesco Personal Finance, said: "Last year, the Karcher pressure washer proved extremely popular with our customers. As UK car owners are evidently choosing to take care of their existing cars rather than upgrade to a newer model, we expect to see an even greater demand this year."

The offer is only available to new customers who are Tesco Clubcard holders and who take out the Tesco insurance before 23 July 2009. It is applicable to the Tesco Standard or Finest combined buildings and contents home insurance or Standard car insurance cover . However, the free pressure washer offer does not apply to their Value Car and Home Insurance policies .
