Kwik Fit Insurance named best insurer workplace in Britain

The Sunday Times list of the 100 best companies to work for has named UK insurance intermediary Kwik Fit Insurance as the best insurance company to work for in the UK.

Following research among 997 British businesses, the Sunday Times’ annual employee survey also listed the Lanarkshire-based company as the overall 17th best UK employer . This new placing is a jump of 49 places from last year, when Kwik Fit Insurance was ranked 66th in the list.

Brendan Devine, managing director of Kwik Fit Insurance, said: "This is great news for the company and even better news for our employees. We put a lot of effort into making this a great place to work and we’re very proud that the Sunday Times survey has shown our employees are feeling the benefit of that. It’s our employees who help us make the business successful, so we know how important it is for us to create a positive working environment."
